Where are Darovia bags made?
Darovia has selected the best French craftsmen and suppliers to make high quality bags. Anxious to perpetuate French craftsmanship, our raw materials are made by hand. Our workshops are located in Marne-et-Loire, each craftsman shares his passion and expertise with the Darovia teams in order to produce the best version of each bag model.
What does the number in the bag correspond to?
The number you find inside your bag corresponds to its creation date. For example C0722 corresponds to the Caroline model manufactured in July 2022. In order to make your DAROVIA bag unique, each bag is accompanied by an authenticity card which attests to the quality control. This card also indicates your serial number which confirms its authenticity. Darovia invites you to keep this card.
How do I get my 100% personalized bag?
Darovia Paris offers its customers to create or co-create with the designer your unique bag model. To do this, go to the " Your creation " tab. You can from the form, indicate your wishes. Afterwards, the designer will contact you to explain the different possible creations. You can choose your materials, meet the teams or receive samples to confirm your choices. A unique experience that will make your Darovia bag a model apart.
How do I take care of my bag?
Darovia Paris bags are of high quality. However, they require a little care on your part if you want to keep it for many years. For this you have at your disposal a dedicated page " Maintaining your bag ". The Darovia team remains at your disposal to assist you in the maintenance of your bags.
How do I get my bag repaired?
A problem with your rope, a seam, etc. Contact the Darovia teams directly. We will take care of your bag to repair it or change the rope.
What are the delivery times ?
Shipments within 24 hours: subject to products in stock. Please check delivery times for pre-order and custom products.
Darovia Paris delivers to all of its customers all over the world. It is possible that additional costs will be added to your basket for destinations outside Europe.
How can I return a product?
To make a return, you have 14 days after receipt of your package to inform the teams of your wish via the return form or by email email@example.com. We will then email you a pre-paid return label to stick on the box. As a reminder, the return will not be accepted if the product is damaged upon receipt by the Darovia teams.

What is the gift option?
You have the gift option to check in your basket. This option allows you to send us your text which we will write nicely on a card which will be slipped into your order. We will take care of packing your package.
Can I attach an invoice without price to my gift order?
For any gift option selected, we automatically attach an invoice without price. The invoice with price will be sent to you by email and available via your Darovia Paris account.
